Refund Policy

The product library: there is nothing to refund. Every product on Kinetix is free. There is no payment, no checkout, and no wallet transaction involved in unlocking anything, so a refund policy has no scenario to apply to.

The AUDX presale: no refunds, by design

Buying AUDX in the presale (see token.html) is a direct, on-chain interaction with the presale smart contract using your own wallet. Kinetix does not process the payment, hold your funds at any point, or have a way to reverse a completed transaction. Once a purchase transaction confirms on the TRON blockchain, it cannot be undone by us, by you, or by anyone else. There is no refund mechanism because none exists in the contract, the same way there's no "undo" button for any other on-chain token purchase.

Before buying, verify the contract address yourself and only send funds you understand you cannot get back through us. If you send USDT to the wrong address, the wrong network, or make any other user error, we cannot recover it. This is true of all blockchain transactions, not specific to Kinetix.

产品库部分：没有什么需要退款。Kinetix 上的每一个产品都是免费的，解锁任何内容都不涉及付款、结账或钱包交易。既然从未有过付款，退款政策自然也就没有适用的场景。

AUDX 预售：设计上就不支持退款

在预售中购买 AUDX（见代币页面）是你用自己的钱包直接和预售智能合约完成的链上交互。Kinetix 不经手付款，任何时候都不会持有你的资金，也没有办法撤销一笔已完成的交易。一旦购买交易在 TRON 链上确认，无论是我们、你自己，还是任何其他人都无法撤销。之所以没有退款机制，是因为合约本身就没有这个功能，跟任何其他链上代币购买一样，没有"撤销"这个按钮。

购买前请自行核实合约地址，只发送你清楚知道无法通过我们找回的资金。如果你把 USDT 转到了错误地址、错误网络，或者出现任何其他操作失误，我们都无法帮你找回。这一点对所有区块链交易都成立，不是 Kinetix 特有的。
