Risk Disclaimer

Not financial advice. Nothing on AuditX, products or anything else, is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. No profit, return, or outcome is promised or guaranteed anywhere on this site.

Cryptocurrency and leverage are high risk

Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile. Leveraged trading amplifies both gains and losses and can result in the loss of more than your initial margin. Most retail futures traders lose money. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

Simulated results are simulated

Any backtests or simulated results referenced in product materials are simulations run on historical market data; no real funds are traded to produce them. Past or simulated performance does not predict future results. Results are reported as-is, including losing periods and drawdowns.

Self-hosted tools

Any trading bot or script sold on AuditX runs on infrastructure and exchange API keys that you create, configure, and control. You are solely responsible for testing it (dry-run and testnet first), deploying it, and monitoring it. AuditX never holds your funds, never sees your API keys, and never places trades on your behalf.

Educational purpose

All products are intended for educational and informational purposes. Decisions about your own trading, investing, or fund deployment are yours alone, and you bear full responsibility for them.

AUDX token and the presale

AUDX is a fixed-supply TRC-20 token. Buying it is a real financial decision with real risk, not a product unlock. Specific risks: price risk (AUDX has no promised value and may be worth less than what you paid, including zero); liquidity risk (a DEX listing and LP lock are planned but not guaranteed to happen on any timeline, and until they do there may be no market to sell into at all); no issuer backstop (there is no company, fund, or entity promising to buy back or support the price); irreversibility (see the Refund Policy — presale purchases cannot be refunded once confirmed on-chain). The presale contract's code, fixed price, and per-wallet cap are all public and verifiable on-chain before you buy — verify them yourself rather than trusting this page's description of them.

Free AUDX claim

The AUDX claim contract sends a fixed amount to any wallet that calls it, once per wallet, until the pool is exhausted, and it requires no purchase. Even though it costs nothing, receiving AUDX is still receiving something with real (if unguaranteed) value: the same price/liquidity risk described above for the presale applies equally to claimed AUDX. Two anti-bot measures apply, disclosed as imperfect rather than presented as foolproof. The contract itself enforces a minimum TRX balance per claiming wallet, and the claim page separately checks (off-chain, via public account data) that the claiming wallet has existed on-chain for roughly 3 months before allowing a claim to be submitted. That second check is not enforced by the contract, since a smart contract has no way to read an address's on-chain age itself — only this site's own claim page applies it.
