Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of AuditX (auditxapp.com). By using this site, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

AuditX is operated by a single independent individual. See About Us. It is not a company, exchange, broker, or licensed financial institution.

2. What is provided

AuditX provides digital, educational content, free of charge: written guides, Python scripts and bots, prompt packs, spreadsheets/templates, and access to a chat assistant. Everything is delivered electronically (text/code files, in-browser unlock). Nothing is shipped physically, and nothing is paid for.

3. No payment, no account: for the product library

Nothing in the AuditX product library requires payment, a wallet connection, an account, or an email address. Every product unlocks with a single click.

This does not apply to the separate AUDX token presale (see token.html): buying AUDX is a real on-chain transaction using your own wallet and your own USDT, governed by the presale smart contract, not by AuditX. That contract can only send withdrawn USDT to a fixed proceeds address set at deployment (it cannot be redirected by anyone, including us), and every purchase is recorded permanently on the TRON blockchain. Buying AUDX is optional and separate from using any free product; nothing on the site requires you to buy AUDX.

4. License and usage rights

Unlocking a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the content or code you receive.

5. No financial advice, no guarantees

Nothing sold or published on AuditX is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no profit, return, or outcome is promised or guaranteed. See the full Risk Disclaimer.

6. Self-hosted tools

Where a product is a trading bot or script, it is designed to run on infrastructure and exchange API keys that you create and control. AuditX never requests, stores, or has access to your exchange API keys, wallet private keys, or seed phrases, and never takes custody of your funds.

7. Service availability

This is a solo-operated service, provided on a best-effort basis, without an uptime guarantee or formal SLA.

8. Refunds

See the separate Refund Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version posted at this URL is the current one.

10. Limitation of liability

AuditX and its operator are not liable for trading losses, technical losses, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the content, code, or tools provided. You use everything at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own funds, keys, and decisions.
