Spot Correlated Bag Overlap Clip Cap

Correlated bags stack like one bigger position. Enter open spot notionals, the planned pair and buy size, how tightly those bags move with that pair, and a max effective stacked-notional budget — see overlap-adjusted exposure and the capped clip you can still add. When it fits, open Kinetix Trade (Spot) and place the sized buy.

How overlap-adjusted exposure is capped

Gross open-bag notional is the sum of bag notionals. Overlap-adjusted bag exposure is gross × ρ, where ρ is your correlation preset or slider versus the planned pair (bags that move with the add count partially toward the stack). Effective stack if you send the full intended buy is overlap-adjusted + intended. Headroom is budget − overlap-adjusted. The capped clip is min(intended, max(0, headroom)) — the largest add that keeps effective stacked notional inside the budget. Place that clip on Kinetix Spot when Ready.
