AUDX Whitepaper

Last updated: July 2026. This is a factual reference document, not a pitch — every address and figure below is independently verifiable on-chain.
Not investment advice. AUDX has no promised value, no promised return, and no guaranteed liquidity or exchange listing timeline. See the full Risk Disclaimer before acquiring AUDX by any method.

1. What AUDX is

AuditX Token (AUDX) is a fixed-supply TRC-20 token on the TRON blockchain, issued by the team behind the AuditX crypto-tooling store (auditxapp.com). It is a plain, unprivileged token contract: no mint function, no pause, no blacklist, no upgrade proxy. Once deployed, the total supply can never change, and no address (including the deployer) can freeze, seize, or create additional AUDX.

2. Supply allocation

The full 100,000,000 AUDX supply was minted once, entirely to the deploying wallet, then split by real on-chain transfers into the buckets below. Every wallet balance is independently checkable on TronScan.

Bucket%AUDXPurpose

Presale5%5,000,000Sold at a fixed price, see §3

No team or marketing vesting/lockup contract exists yet — this is disclosed as-is rather than implied otherwise. If a lockup is added later, this document and the roadmap page will be updated to reflect it, not before.

3. Presale contract

A fixed-price sale, live on TRON mainnet. Trust-minimized by design: the contract has no owner power beyond closing the sale early and reclaiming unsold tokens to one hardcoded address. It cannot change price, cannot freeze a buyer's tokens, and cannot redirect funds anywhere else.

4. Free claim (faucet) contract

A no-purchase giveaway funded from the rewards allocation, meant to get AUDX into real hands rather than sitting unused. Same trust-minimization pattern as the presale.

Claim it yourself at auditxapp.com/claim.html.

5. DEX liquidity — status: not yet live

The 40,000,000 AUDX liquidity allocation exists in a disclosed wallet but has not yet been paired on SunSwap or any DEX. There is no pair address to publish and no guaranteed timeline for one. This is stated plainly because a whitepaper claiming liquidity that doesn't exist yet would be misleading. Check the roadmap page for the actual, dated history of what has shipped.

6. Verification — check everything yourself

Nothing above should be taken on trust. Everything is independently checkable:

  • All four contract addresses above are on TRON mainnet. Look them up on TronScan
  • The AUDX token contract's source code is verified on TronScan. Read it directly, don't take our word for what it does
  • Wallet balances for every allocation bucket are public TRON addresses, checkable at any time
